Villas Carizalillo Puerto Escondido, Packages at the gorgeous Villas are the same as above but do not include meals - includes self contained villas with bath, lounge area, patios, in-room internet, kitchens in some case. Meal plan in the new restaurant available for additional charge. The Villas offer massage, yoga, ocean view bar, beautiful grounds, access to many restaurants and clubs, new pool, private compound, fishermen’s units and lounge, easy access to Playa Carizalillo.

Daily Fishing rates from pangas (We do service daily-use, non package customers and "walk-ons", however we strongly reccommend pre-booking) - includes boat, gas, captain, guide/or helper, water, and instruction. -No rooms, (some) gear rental extra- price varies depending on availability and season. From 50-90.00 /hr. minimum 3 hrs. Max 3 guests.

Video Your trip - (for a fee we will produce a short professionally edited video of your trip!!) Price varies.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT FISHERMEN BRING THEIR OWN RODS/REELS BUT IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

RECOMMENDED GEAR -- 10 - 14 wt rods and reels, with intermediate sink lines, floating lines with clear heads, floating line, 350 to 450 grain sink tip line. Reels with at least 400 yds. 2-30 lb. Backing. For Tuna and Marlin, at LEAST 600 - 1000 yards of backing.

MARCH:
ALL SPECIES, IN SHORE FISHERY HOT - JACKS, ROOSTERS, SIERRA, LOTS OF TUNA, SAILS, DORADO.

APRIL:
ALL SPECIES -- INSHORE FISHERY HOT, SAILS AND BILLS, TUNA STILL AROUND, DORADO (EASTER AND SEMANA SANTA IS A BUSY TIME HERE).

*MAY-AUGUST:
ALL SPECIES---TUNA TAPER OFF BUT STILL AROUND, INSHORE FISHERY ON FIRE, JACKS - ROOSTERS ETC.. DORADO, SAILS, MARLIN START TO GET HEAVY. GENERALLY THE AREA IS QUIET AND FREE OF TOURISTS.

*SEPTEMBER:
ALL SPECIES--SHORE LINE FISHERY EXCELLENT, BILLFISH ABOUND.

*OCTOBER:
ALL SPECIES -- SHORELINE FISHERY SLOWS, BUT SAILS AND BIG DORADO ARE EVERYWHERE - LOTS OF BLACK SKIPJACK AND BONITO - BIG SCHOOLS OF SKIPJACK TUNA.

NOVEMBER:
ALL SPECIES --- SOME TUNA SHOW UP, SAILS ARE AROUND, DORADO, BLACK SKIPJACK AND MACKEREL FOR MILES….BIG SCHOOLS OF SKIPJACK TUNA. BIG DORADO AND LOTS OF THEM< SAILS LIKE CRAZY.
