Mission Statement
We believe that fly fishing is a way of life. We know
the thrill of the “follow” and the absolute rush of the “take”.
There is nothing like it. We get blisters when we fish. We enjoy the ache in
our back and the throb in our knee at the end of the day, hunched over the vise
perfecting the fly that almost worked…

So we fly fish, that’s
all… from Billfish to carp.
There is always room in this life for a quiet peaceful dry fly trip on a slow
moving brook through a bucolic dale, but we at Explore can’t live without
outrageous fly fishing experiences. |
45-pound Trevally put up 90 minutes of fight while
whales surface around us …
20 pound steelhead on an eight weight tear off 200 yards of line past roaming
grizzlies, but it is the snow peaks which humble us… 28 inch browns sipping,
sipping, in the darkness, under a full moon, it’s all you can hear then… “Slurp” and
that size 16 spinner is gone… it is not a dream. It is life. |
